    Mac OS X Tiger

It looks l33t. Should I get it now or wait 'till later?

If you don't have OSX yet, get it. If you do, I don't see the need to upgrade.

Fedora Core 4.0 will be out soon, and it will have PPC support. That way you can ditch OSX and have a decent OS on your Mac. Plus, FC4 is cheaper (its free).

I'm getting a big, uber-l33t decked-out box for Linux so I can get more out of it. This is for my Mac Mini.

FC4 should run fine on your Mac Mini. I wouldn't suggest installing OSX on it, though. While OSX looks great, it has poor memory management and a huge lack of third party support. Plus, its closed source and you can't customize it that much, its a locked OS.

No thanks, I'm good. Thanks for the idea, though.
