How did we **** Japan off during the bombing of Pearl Harbor? We were a neutral country during that time, we did absolutely nothing to **** them off.

It even applies to today in situations going on right now...many of the weapons the terrorists are using to kill U.S. soldiers are the VERY SAME weapons we gave them to help them out during the 90's.

We gave them the weapons in the 80s.

And Dusk, the article is about the U.S. Defense Department getting worried about OUR enemies getting this kind of technology. Its not about us developing it. Although, I wouldn't be suprised if we were.
