This person Daianna777 who just joined today has a sig (he or she has not posted yet...I saw it in the profile) with a link to a gold/exp farming site for WoW/MMOs. Just a heads up that it might be a spam account.

Thanks. any account with a link to that site, and others like it is deleted as soon as we see it. they register only to flood the forum with ads.

I recently sent an e-mail to that site (I won't mention the name, I dont want to give them any free advertising) informing them that for every post that one of their bots makes on this forum, I will send them a bill for advertising costs.

I never did recieve a reply.

Possibly aother one...in Laisen's New Member thread, someone named Kevin79-(something) wanted to "exchange links." I clicked on one of them, and it was something about buying Chinese paintings or something. Once again, figured I'd let you know.

Couldnt you add on top of you approving requests an email verification step also?

Itll be a little more of a hassle, but most places has an email verification set up so itd be nothing new to new registrants...if they dont have an email they can always get one free.
