How do I upload a game?

I don't have a Maxdrive but I do have a PS3. Can I still upload my game even though the file format is a PSV? Also, I don't know how to upload a game (never tried), so do you think you could explain it to me? I feel like a retard.

Twothorp was in immense pain. The blisters did not care.
