    Post-Apocalyptic RPGs

Ok, I'm really having a hard time finding any decent Post-Apocalyptic RPGs, or even any Post-Apocalyptic games at all. So far the only good ones on my list are:

    The Fallout Series
    Neocron 1 & 2

I would really apprecite it if you guys could make this list longer.

    Re: Post-Apocalyptic RPGs

Not all these are RPGs, but all are post apocalyptic.

Wasteland (A Commodore 64 RPG. Play it. Now)
    Wasteland: 2042 (A Battlefield 1942 mod for PC http://www.wl2042.com/ )
Outlander (A Sega Genesis action/driving game. Excellent graphics and sounds for its day, comparable to early PSOne games)
Mad Max (A crappy NES game that I still like.)
Dead Cities (Another 1942 mod http://dynamic6.gamespy.com/~deadcities/news.php)
Roadkill Warriors (An Unreal 2004 mod inspired by Mad Max. http://www.roadkillwarriors.com/)
Auto Assault (A cyberpunk/post apocalypse car combat MMORPG. http://www.autoassault.com/)
Battlefield: Apocalypse (Another Battlefield 1942 mod. http://www.apocalypse.doomlab.com/)
The Fall: Last Days of Gaia (Interesting looking PC game. http://www.the-fall.com/e/index.php?menu=news)
GTA: SA Road Warrior Mod (Check this topic. Now. In progress. http://www.gtaforums.com/index.php?showtopic=152461)

Then there's my game in progress, called Police State. Check out its concept in the Game forums here. Make sure you have your username set to view all topics, and not just ones from a month ago.

And no one has broughten up Shin Megami Tensei: Nocturne yet? For shame! *Slaps everyone's wrists*

Shin Megami makes the apocolypse fun, and its got Dante to boot... can't beat having Dante...

Fallout 1 & 2 kick some serious ass. The only problem I found with the game where the NPCs that join you.

When you first start out in the game they help out alot. But later on they get in your way and literally get torn to shreds, or explode all across the floor as you mow down your enemies with combat shotguns, bazookas, and miniguns.

Should also check out Fallout:Tactics. Plays alot like Fallout, but you control a small team of "Brotherhood of Steel" guys at once to complete objectives.

Yeah, Shin Megami Tensei: Nocturne is probably the best post-apocalyptic RPG I've seen. But it is so, so hardcore.

I never got the chance to play Nocturne. Need money to buy it...

Looks very interesting. I've always loved the Persona games and their derivatives and ancestors. You may also want to try Shin Megami Tensei II and Shen Megami Tensei If.

Looks pretty cool and they say it feels like a sci-fi diablo.

d2king, that game looks awesome! Almost the feel and style of what I envision my idea "One Crash of Solace" to be, only my idea would be more Shadowrun like and a lot less Diablo like.

I never knew about this game. Thanks for showing me. I'll end up picking this one up for sure.

Np man, i suggest playing the demo to see how the game feels...it wasnt bad at all. Ive never played shadowrun so i dont really know what your looking for, but good luck with it, i believe that game i showed you came out not long ago.
