    One of the craziest stories I've heard in a long time.

    A video/sfx expert who analyzed the tape is now on record saying the tape is not doctored in any way. He rules out CG, but acknowledges that it could be an animatronic puppet or costume; however experts estimate the animatronics would cost over $50,000. The man who filmed the alleged extraterrestrial "lives on a freaking government pension" and is unlikely to have the needed expertise to produce a convincing fake.

        this doesn't seem like a fantastic publicity ploy at all

        welp, i've seen what is arguably the most important footage in the history of our species--buuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuut gunna have to wait till this fellow gets them greenbacks first

        The only thing that shows up in the video is his head. It pops up from underneath a window. But his eyes blink. His cheeks move. He turns his head side-to-side. This would be a very elaborate puppet.

        To elborate: The logistics of space travel being what the are, anything capable of moving about the universe like this would be so very many magnitudes more advanced than us it's vain and laughable to think they'd give our little rock a glance, much less go gamboling about some dude's house. I'm talking harnessing the total energy of planets, stars, solar systems, probably entire galaxies; something that we won't be remotely capable of for hundreds of thousands--if not millions--of generations. Keep in mind that civilization began roughly 500 generations ago.

        Probability is also a problem. Our most educated formula usually come up with maybe 2-4 species that have reached something resembling our level of technology in the Milky Way; even those most defensibly optimistic still only come to maybe a couple dozen or less, and the odds only get worse the more advanced they become. This is the in the same range as the number of people I see upon stepping out of my house any given morning, separated by nothingness so vast it's beyond our ability to reckon.

              Considering we've gone quite a ways in the last ten....

              What formula do they use? 2-4 seems incredibly conservative, as is a couple dozen. I've seen and used another formula, but it's open to user opinion.

                But they're everywhere. Lots of people manage to catch footage of them but the government (not of any country but the true government that secretly rules the whole world) supresses anything that the public might actually give credence too. If it's a drunk or a hillbilly they let it out because it'll just reinforce the disbelief. They're also hypnotizing you to not believe it through your TV.

                      the film may not be doctored but its certainly not proof of anything. if there was anything out there we would of discovered it ages ago and in an obvous manor. these little green heads and crap is just pathetic. publicity and nothing more.
