That part confused me too, but I just assumed it's something only people who have played the game would understand.

It's nifty, though. Denethor's always had a knack for making funny expressions.

Panel 4 - Galka threatens Tarutaru WHM to come with him.

Panel 5 - Galka purchases 2 tickets for airship.

Panel 6 - They wait at the dock. Galka's holding the WHM's hand because he's scared.

I guess you have to have played FFXI to be familiar with panel 6. It's the docking area for the airship where players usually wait. Many a minute wasted at this spot, too.

I've never played FFXI and I understood it. I didn't know what the tickets were for or where they'd gone but when an airship took off in the next panel, it all came together.

The confusing part is why the Galka is holding hands with the Tarutaru after the former was just threating the latter with death. I didn't get that the little guy was scared...

... but it's not like we really need to be dissecting the comic like this.
