    screw it. no chat.

    merely attempting to create a new database for a chat system to use caused errors on the forum database, despite them not being connected at all.

    I'm not wasting effort any more. the server is just ****ing retarded.

            The way I see it, if we need to have a real-time chat, we can simply make a room on AIM or something.
