HOLY CRAP!!! The Chicago Bulls had a 1.7% of getting #1 in the draft, and it happened. It's the most improbable lottery pick to happen since they changed the system.

It seems to me that the Bulls could use a guard more than anything, so I'd guess that Rose will be their pick.
