Got abused again(a topic Dusk Raven made), I think it has a lot of good potential, but it seems like another anonymous rep thing. Perhaps a tad bit more policing(ie: just letting the admins see who did it), or at least an announcement asking people to stop using it in such ways?

it really bugs me that I had to remove it. I thought it was a nice feature that could be pretty useful. but it basically turned into a rehash of the anonymous negative rep days.
I'll be pretty damn picky when adding new features to the pavilion in the future. If there's something that could be exploited in that way, I won't even bother.
