so i have this idea about having like a druid like character and wud like to know if there is a way that i can give him a skill transforming into a werewolf. like the skill wud change his character class to a different one. is there a way to do that

I know its not possible with RM3, but perhaps with another maker?

The one that is most likely to fulfill your dream is RM XP.

Wait...you CAN do this, but it's not a 'skill'. You can't do it in battle, but you can set up an event to transform one of your characters to another form. You can't transfer weapons or items, but you can switch 1 character for another, and make it seem as if that character has morphed. You can even set the requirement for the event to be midnight on the world map, if you want to.

Just make sure that you add the 2nd character before you take out the first one, or the maker might freak out.

Anyways, like Obright said, it'd be possible to do through an event, but it wouldn't be possible to do during battle.

I really hope they release an RPG Maker 4 so all of our great ideas can truly come to life. Instead of trying to find ways around them all the time.

But yeah, RM XP is a fantastic game which would probably let you make your idea happen.

Like the possibility of a storage system, or having more than four characters, but an easier way to switch between them? Yeah.

I do wish you could have the Lycanthropy skill (werewolf transformation) put into an RPG maker game.
