I don't think it's that clever, really. They basically spammed an epilepsy forum with links to seizure-inducing images. That doesn't require any cleverness, creativity, or intelligence if you think about it.
It does provide another example of the potential dangers of internet anonymity. It's a good thing no one was apparently harmed to severely.Comment

Magik, I agree with you on this. This is in no way creative. This is like kicking a horse when it's down. It's digusting.
I learned about epilepsy today during first aid training. Even though my cousin has it, I never realized what the body goes through during a seizure.
There is NO air going to their brain, so they are so suceptible to brain damage.
And how many of you are surfing alone right now??? What if one of these innocent people smashed their head while thrashing about?? Epileptic seizures cause their patients to gain enough strength to throw anyone who tries to hold them down across the room.
These assholes just dug a hole under humanity's low and crawled into it.
