I've been listening to a lot of Still Remains. That's a very good hard-core band. The best hard-core band that I've heard has to be As I Lay Dying, hands down. Anyone listen to these bands? There has to be a few of you that listen to hard-core.

I've heard of Korn, they sound a little like Demon Hunter only with crapper vocals. Oh, and hard-core music is music that has lots of, well, screeming.Last edited by Zeroth; 05-06-2008, 01:16 AM.Twothorp was in immense pain. The blisters did not care.

Well, it's more than screaming vocals, it's an off-shoot of punk, punk drums and breakdowns and whatnot. Death Metal also has screaming vocals but they're not to be confused. Unless you're an idiot.Originally posted by Superhero Bob View PostOkay then, if you can explain hard-core better than I, go for it.

The closest thing to hardcore I get is Hatebreed, but I very very rarely listen to them.
My next closest hardcore would be P.O.D., Ra, 3 Days Grace, Saliva, but even then those arent hardcore.
And I know, I have horrible tastes in music, no one has to remind me
