I tried doing some searching for people, but could never find anyone. I typed in my character name Goufunaki and found myself no problem. However, when I tried to use my game ID Goufunaki22, it found nothing.

So I think we need everyone's character names?

Damn, i dont even remember how you get into the beta for this, i wouldnt mind checking it out.

Oh, and Marcman got very good at Socom very quick when we first started playing way back, so i'm not surprised he got good at MGO quick.

if you preorder MGS4, you get the Metal Gear Saga Vol. 2 DVD, which has a beta key code included as a preorder bonus.

a lot of places dont have the bonus DVDs any more, but some do. might want to go check.

I have mixed feelings about the auto aim. It makes things pretty easy to shoot, but at the same time very helpful for a quick shot. Only time I ever find myself turning it off is for people running around with shields, i just shoot their feet.

I'm getting more used to throwing someone down when we're close enough. It's fun to shoot them when they're down. :happy

What ticks me off though is when I get stunned, or grappled down by a guy with a knife. I'm pressing the left analog stick in the directions it says but it doesn't feel like it's doing anything to get me out of it.

I have a mastery in Shotgun and it's my favorite weapon. I don't use Auto Aim.
I have 0 stuns.

So you see, I rely heavily on shooting.

I never use auto-aim. with it, you only target the body, you cannot shoot people in the head.
