these aren't Limit breaks in the FF7 or FF8 sense. Think of the Quickenings from FF12 and you'll get the Idea.
Just create a spell that's much more powerful than your regular attasks and set it to take up all of your mp except 2. Unless you don't wan't the attack to get more powerful over time, than you should make it a skill that takes up about 50% of your character's Hp.
