Once I do post a game, how to I clarify that 13 year olds should not be playing the game becuase of gory content,becuase I thought about say maybe if a 13 year old were to try to play my game, if would have a icon
were it asks you what year you were born,and if it is lower than 1989, I will
have another icon that says they can not play my game, how do I do this.

So, only people who are ages 1-12 and 14-16 can play this game? But not 13 year olds or anyone who's over 16 years old at this period of time? Lone Phantom, I'm lost.

Do we really need such restrictions for an rpg maker game?

I doubt they can get that gory...there's way worse games out there.

Yes, it is completely normal.

And you should give a warning about the content, but not force them out of not playing it. They can decide for themselves. No one will care if 13 year olds are playing... I've MADE much much more offensive stuff than what you are describing at 13, let alone played.
