I made a video using Windows Movie Maker. It would only let me save it as a Windows Media File. How do I change the file types?

Re: Converting Files?
I don't believe you can, that would make the program much more flexible, and make Microsoft's media formats pointless. Microsoft puts strict restrictions on cracking their precious ASF format.
However, VideoLAN's VLC media player can transcode files into different formats. I believe it's safe to talk about. Just don't mistake the conversion process for the playing bar, like thousands of other users have. *rolls eyes*
How to do it... convert files that is.Last edited by Crimson Knight; 03-31-2008, 08:51 PM.Quote of the moment - "When you cut down a tree, don't stand near it."
