The fact that the only reason he's doing this is for a debate is one of the worst examples of using the American Judicial system Ive ever heard.

I don't believe in global warming myself, the world has gone through periods of intense hot and cold spells, and I dont think 38:100,000 is enough to significantly alter the worlds weather either.

But meh, what do I know...

Here I come Pav, like the Kool-Aid man barging into a funeral! Oh yeah!

The debate won't be settled once and for all, because then some new evidence or another warming will come, or something else for either side.

Really, it's like what Drazus had in his sig once. If there isn't global warming, we have nothing (almost nothing) to lose by cutting emissions. If there is global warming, we have a lot to lose by not cutting them. Either way, less pollution would still be an improvement.

I mean we'd all love to end world hunger too, but who wants to be the guy that does it?

That's too bad, I like Al Gore. He has such an honest face for a politician. His lameness makes him a funny guy.

this is frivolous and will most likely be thrown out since the prosecutors even state they are doing it to settle a debate. this is a waste of court time and money so i dont think any court will entertain it.

Thank you Ωbright for the sig fix!

You don't think settling the global warming debate is worth it, eh? Go figure.

And the fact that it's Fox News means it's a totally objective story too. You know just as objective as something coming from CNN or the NYT.

Honestly, what do you have to gain from going against Global Warming?

What do you have to lose from believing in Global Warming?

This is as dumb as Neo-Creationism.
                          ...and that's why.

I read halfway through and I couldn't take it anymore. This is so increadibly stupid that I think reading this article could result in the death of countless brain cells.

So now we're supposed to just believe things for no reason >.< Just cuz? Alright! Count me in!

For the record I do agree with Den, but you cant just say that. I'm sure some people take great offense if they feel they're being lied to or manipulated, and others would like to hear it from both sides for once.

And yeah someone posting a link from Fox news in the first place is pretty lol.
