I finally saw Final FantasyVII: Advent Children....

1) Where'd Cloud get that awesome Bike?
2) If Kadaj and his "Brothers" existed, where were they in the game?
3) What happened to Cait Sith's Mog?
4) And why is he riding around on Red XIII?
5) Why does Red XIII allow Cait Sith to ride around on him?
6) How did Cloud ride his bike all the way to the Forgotten city, and overnight at that?
