    Sleepywolf's art gallery

Hello and welcome to my art gallery...Please no smoking or loud people as this can disrupt and possibly damage the artwork...

^For an art project at school. I made a 100

^Basic character inking of mine. THAT'S how I want the next RPG Maker's characters to look!!

    ^My first attempt at realism

^An illustration of Malice for my game Radiance

I have lots more but those are just my favorites. Please, compliments and/or constructive criticism is appreciated
Without darkness, how would you know there is light?

Here's my CC. The bottom figure, Malice, looks a little stiff. It's his right arm/hand that's really bugging me...

    Don't copy that floppy!

Yeah, it's like that mainly because that was a illustration drawing just getting my armor ideas on the paper, and I wasn't really focusing that much on his actual pose

The horns are off to the right a bit, but other then that their AMAZING!!! I so wish I could draw like that.

I drew them offset on purpose. I make it a habit to stay away from symmetry in my drawings

His armor looks pretty neat, but it is rather impractical. That armor has several vital points open.

BTW, I really like your second drawing. He has an interesting outfit.

I don't really like your style, to be honest. It's taking lessons from the Tetsuya Nomura "let's clutter this outfit as much as possible" school of character design.

Yes you nailed it! That's my style alrite I hope it's going to help me in my career, because I want to be a videogame artist (concept artist, storyboard artist, anything like that)

I quite like the second one. A lot, actually.

Keep up the drawing...don't ever give up on it! Do try and draw from LIFE whenever you can also though. It seems counter-intuitive, given that your goal is to do conceptual art for games, but I think it can help your work to look even better.

I don't think you're going to make it as an artist by copying someone else.

Yeah... not like he can learn how to do things by starting with someone else's style.

That's not how it sounded to me but if that's how it is, good luck to him.
