    battle system

    does anyone know how to make it so that if you have a party member that turns against you. keep there level and skills. than rejoin you than fight again.

    Yes, that's possible.

    Members you add and remove from the party always keep there level and stats so that's not a problem.

    If you need an enemy to have the same stats as the former party member, just load that members info and use it for the enemies stats. In battle, it might be easier to just create several enemies of the same character at different levels. The players aren't going to know if the enemy has the same stats as their former party member or not. Most RPGs use more powerful versions of a character when then become an enemy.

    I remember in one game I had to fight a powerful enemy and I must had dealt a few thousand HP of damage before they "died." After the battle, the enemy decided to join forces with us. The new party member only had a few hundred HP like the rest of the party and was no where near as powerful.

    All I'm saying is that this isn't anything you should be worrying about.
