Although I also shop at Walmart, I have always heard everywhere that Walmart buys their products from India, and the products are made by underpaid kids in sweatshops because it's much cheaper for Walmart that way, and they make a bigger profit by selling the cheaply made stuff to us.Originally posted by JPS View PostWal-Mart has done nothing wrong, its not my fault small business dont have what it takes to become big business.Without darkness, how would you know there is light?

Just a note, Wal-Mart usually holds 2 to 5 spots a year on CNN's 101 Dumbest Moments in Business. They're pretty darn silly sometimes.Originally posted by JPS View PostWal-Mart has done nothing wrong, its not my fault small business dont have what it takes to become big business.

Employees having to clock out early doesnt make any sense because any employee would quit if the company did that, its not like they cant go somewhere else and get paid minimum wage
And if walmart pays for stuff from sweatshops in India, good for them, theyre giving people who wouldnt have any jobs jobs, even if they are underpaid...its better then being poor and jobless.Last edited by JPS; 02-29-2008, 08:39 PM.
