I'm sure everyone here is tired of hearing a certian song that everyone likes but them. For me it would be that song thats like, " Apple bottom jeans, boots with the fur, something, something at her. " ( I think it's called get low). I hate that song so much, and every where I go a hear it. It's so annoying. :fist

Anything played by the radio station EZ Rock.

Specifically, that song called "Crazy" by some falsetto idiot whose name I can't remember. It sounds terrible.

Big Girls Don't Cry: You're wrong, it makes me want to cry every time I have to listen to this crap!

Patio Lanterns: They play it twice a day if not more.

I don't think I know the title or artist, but the chorus says "If I could be sweet" and the song is filled with a chorus of off key people going "OOOooo! ooOOO!" over and over in an annoying fashion.

There are so many songs that annoy me nowadays. Glargh.

Dear God, Marl. Every Wednesday night at the gym they have a spin cycle class that plays this GOD AWFUL remix that is "Take on me" by A-ha and "This is how you remind me" by Nickleback - SMUSHED TOGETHER INTO ONE SONG.

How could they ruin my favorite eighties music like that????? THEY'VE TAINTED IT WITH NICKLEBACK! :cry

At my last job we played the radio all day, and the radio station must have played the same 15 songs on repeat all day

My Humps>:

I will definitely agree with you there, but Will Ferrell singing it in Blades of Glory caught me so off-guard that I had to laugh.

Paralyzer by Finger Eleven... has the dumbest ****ing eighth-grader lyrics I've ever heard, and from the first time I heard it I could swear that they were trying to copy Modest Mouse.

The soundtrack to Rent, because my roommate watches that damn movie about every other day, and then she'll sing it in the car.

I'll second Highwind's opinion about Freebird, because I hated trying to beat that song in Guitar Hero 2, and then my friends always want to play it. Hyuk hyuk.

Anything by Akon, because he sounds like a singing kazoo.

I could post more, but lately I've done a really good job of avoiding the radio and MTV and I want to keep it that way.

So many "things I hate" topics lately. You guys are so negative.

On that note I pretty much get tired of listening to anything on the radio within the first minute or so of listening to it. What I'm really tired of, though, is that KISS song. you know, the one about being rock and roll. And partying ev-er-y day.

Why is rock so obsessed with singing about being rock? Is that just what happens when songwriters run out of ideas? Whatever, **** the lyrics, I hate the music too.

I just use CDs so I never have songs I'm tired of hearing.

As for radio I use sirius which I also never get tired of hearing, though the alt stations I listen to have their hot bands they play every other song, namely Nirvana for the 90s station and The Cure for the 80s one. That gets a little tiresome.

You can follow new releases of bands you already like; you can check out the new releases at review sites and que up things that look interesting; you can punch in bands you like at Last FM or Amazon.com and see what similar artists pop up; or you can just ask people you meet that have opinions you respect what's cool.
