Only one person is mod of their own game forum, and that's nixon. The bush forum was popular enough to actually require it.

cause the most important posts end up on the bottom where they get ignored as insignificant posts. i like them to be the first topics people see when they go into my forum. i also like to just edit whats inside the post rather then bump them which means they get completely ignored, thus requiring occasional bumping when they fall too far down and end up ignored.
i cant understand why you wouldnt want to utilize an important feature. but if you dont wanna do it thats fine.
