I need a recommendation on what game to get for the PC so I can join in the online experience with you guys, all I have is starcraft and Id like to have some 1st person shooters if possible.

I have a 3ghz processor and should have 1.5 gigs of ram by next week(only have 512 now)

So I come to thee, thy brethren, to asketh what thee recommends.

Or you could try Gunbound. I don't recommend it though.

And if anyone suggests an MMO, I'ma punch you.

Yeah, Im not much into MMO's at all, so yeah...dont recommend them either:lol

Ive played the old unreal, how hard is the game to come by? I havent seen it I dont think.

Not very hard. They have a collection out for like $20 now that includes all the updated vehicles and even some modded maps.

Of course there's a free demo you can download, too.

Really, wheres that at? Does the demo have online capabilities?

Cant beat $20, Ill have to pick it up:)

Unrealtournament.com, and yeah, the demo maps do have online capability. Before I bought it I was playing Onslaught on Torlan like crazy.

It's like a free version of Battlefield except it has RPG elements like leveling, buying weapons etc. (sounds like a mmo but it's really not). I played the beta. It's fairly cool.

It's not like they're bad games or anything. Guild Wars is pretty fun.

LG Gunz. LG Guns is like ijji gunz, but alot more weapons, armor, maps and stuff. Also you dont need to but ijji coins or any of that crap.

Used to play SRO but they got a new path out and im not able to download it. Its a good game though check it out if you can.

Tried MapleStory, just got bored with it in 5 minutes...tried Diablo...got bored with it in 15 minutes...tried SilkRoad...got bored with it in 2 minutes...

I just cant stand playing with people I dont know:|

GW can be played without any human interaction. It's all instanced. You can just add henchman to your team to help you beat enemies. Plus, whenever you go to an explorable your area, it's just you and your party.

Half-Life (2 is obviously better) and all its various mods.
