For some reason Windows Media Viewer won't do it and Microsoft charges for the codec. Of if anyone knows where I can get the codec I guess that'll work too.

i use VLC for most of my video media, but i never watch DVDs with my computer so i donno if itd work. VLCs never failed for me though.

VLC's interface is just such a hassle, though. With MPC, you just need to select Open DVD and you're in business.Comment

Definitely MPC. Better yet, put it on a thumb drive and never have a problem playing anything. Plus it's a really small program and like Mora said, the interface is simple and very easy to use.Do what you wishComment
