    I have a house.

    Or I will. Today. Hopefully.

Right now, all my things are crammed into my beautifully rusted '86 Buick Century, just begging to be stolen in broad daylight. I can't get them into the house until the guy gives me and my roommates the key, which he's 'supposed' to call about soon.

So I'm sitting here in the library waiting on that phone call while all my worldly possessions sit out in the parking lot.

Wanna laugh at me? Gimme a call and leave a message. I can't be using up my minutes on you jokers.

Edit: I took away the phone number because I just got in contact with the landlord. Wish me luck in finding a mattress before the night's over.

You don't really sound how I'd imagine.

        And was it BRIAN GUMBLE?

I was gonna call and just moan into the phone, but decided against it.

I have nothing to say in regards to mine.

Rick, I wish I had a camera to record the expression on my face when I first heard your message.

Could you make out the music?

Nope. It sounded like Robot Chicken's credit music done with beeps.

Oh, I wasn't doing anything specific with the beeps, but after that, I played the Trigun Opening Theme into the phone.

That was all garbled barble. It sounded to me like the phone stopped working.

(The ending credits music for Robot Chicken is from the original Dawn of the Dead.)

Robot Chicken's ending music is culled from Dawn of the Dead. Unless I'm mistaken. The same tune showed up in Shaun of the Dead's ending credits, so that'd make sense.

                              edit: YEAH, RIOT.
