if you do a forum search you can find the topic where all the rep comments are written down, its an interesting read.

I believe the ones for new users are the default vBulletin ones but I could be wrong. Pretty much every one after that was suggested by a forum member in a topic that gets bumped whenever more levels are needed. Funk then compiles a list, although if someone pm's me a list I'll put it up, and I add them changing a word here and there if I think it's necessary.
