what happend to the rep system?

did it change to where you can only give out one rep per day now? use to be you could give out several rep points a day if you needed to, but not to the same person. what happened? why did it change? or is it an error?

I don't think he WANTS rep....I think he wants to give it to Ryner, but is unable to.

Plus, he already gets enough rep from you on a regular basis, anyway.

i dont want rep, i just wanted to honor a tie for the answer ryner and duel gave, ill just have to rep ryner tomorrow. ive given one rep this whole month i think and i cant give more, so wondering if it was changed or if i somehow gave more rep then i thought.

i was looking for first up answer but gave bonus for the acually name. i didnt think anyone would guess seppuku which is what i was point to. harikiri is the entire process, including the samurai who is to chop off the guys head after he has done seppuku. i did a butchered job of explaining it but its 4 am. im generous, i can share the wealth
