    Another update to the RPG Tsukuru 4 feature.

    Part 1 has been revised to include more info on the battle system. all the new info is added to the section that covers the sample game's first battle (the slime things).

    Part 2 will be FINISHED today.

    The additional battle features would freaking make battles in RM so dynamic. I mean, you could actually MAKE a pokemon-type game. I've wanted to do that for ages.

    Could it be possible to make an Advance Wars-type game from what you've seen so far?

      an RTS/tactical game? I dunno. there's full variable and switch/flag support, along with quite a few custom art options, so it might be possible. Nothing I ever tried, so I dont know for sure.

            Well, there's always the potential there if we could have enemies move on their own. Don't know if you can make them move themselves, though.

              Ok, I change my RM4 wishlist. Instead of using RM1 as the foundation they should use this. But still add the VFX editor from 2 and the Area editors from 3 (assuming it's 3D). Actually I think I wishlisted that it have a 2D 16-bit engine and a 3D cel-shaded engine.
