Can someone help me with the prive message feature, because when
I send a message to someone, it never works, but when someone sends me
a letter, it always sends, what is it I am not doing right.

how do you know its not working?

if you click "request read receipt", they can turn it down. I always do. doesnt mean they arent reading your messages though.
