Ok, well. VFX is Visual Effects for starters, and second in RPGmaker 2 it apears as an option to create effects in the game, this doesnt show up in RPGMaker 3, or at least not really. Your profile doesnt say you own RPGmaker 2 so I do wonder, why ask?
