    Progression of an Artist

For those of you doubting your ability now, think about how good you'll be 15 years from now:

he probably just practiced more. look at the mid doodles, it seams like he was continuously drawing during class. he enjoyed drawing and probaly spent a large portion of his time drawing.

how about you blackberry? are you an avid drawer or just a every so often kind of person?

That was really cool. I like his teenage drug-induced drawings the best, I think. They may not be the most polished and professional, but they have the most imagination. As far as his ability to render, it's amazing to see the progression.

See? Practice REALLY DOES pay off!

I use to doodle in class all the time, but then I started grad school and had to actually pay attention in class.

I quit drawing because my pencil dropped beneath the desk and I can't find it.

I like his landscape paintings the best.

The stuff after he spent time in Peru are awfully...

cheesy? I mean really, an eyeball? Whee. The landscapes were neat and original and captivating.

I'D BUY A PRINT OF ONE.

i dont know then, maybe some people can pick up good drawing abilities naturally as well as through practice? i liked his landscapes too, but i like landscape pictures in general.
