Like when they let their kid ride on the front of a cart going into a store and hit a bump and the kid flies off and scraps his knee across the ground and gets up in obvious pain but the parents walk into the store without realizing that their child might need medical attention or like another parent that let's his 4-year-old daughter lift a 15 pound weight above her head while he encourages her to lift it even higher.

Parents who remind you that mom was on birth control and daddy was wearing a condom when you were conceived and that they had to fight your grandparents who wanted an abortion.

Parents that get your really drunk so you'll tell them all your secrets and maybe accidentally about specific sexual escapades.

Parents that don't have a job and don't ever intend on getting one because they do enough odd jobs to buy enough pot to sustain themselves and fulfill themselves when they get the munchies.

I sprained my wrist really bad at work once, and the next day it was all swollen and my ring wouldn't come off. My folks told me it was all in my mind, and I should just put some ice on it. Minutes later, they proceeded to rush the cat to the emergency vet because it appeared to be having asthma problems. After they were gone, I had to laugh.

I finally saw a doctor at the quack shack on campus (once I returned from the Christmas break).
