Alright, here's the idea. You post your user name for whatever stuff, and we update it so it's all in one alphanumeric reference happy little schpongle.

Then everybody knows what everyone's everything is, and nobody doesn't know how to contact Ryner, which is the most important thing in life. List whatever you want, from AIM to e-mail, to games, x-box live, etc.. And after your post is assimilated it will be deleted. This is not a talky-talky thread.

So if (when) we decide to clean this up (which I MIGHT try to work on on my day off Tuesday), may I make two small requests?

First, everyone on the list who has not made an appearance here in over a year (unless it's someone who we all know is not some guy that showed up for three months and never showed up again) should be removed.

Second, if possible I'd like to see this categorized by Pav member, with each's pertinent info, and maybe in another post right below, or at the bottom of the first post, categorize by console. I just tried to search for 3DS FCs, and it would be MUCH easier to have a listing like that as well.

Oh, also, some standardized format. Meaning, maybe something like this:

I also recommend that the huge list of individual games be removed, especially if they are for consoles that nobody plays online any more (original Xbox, PS2, etc). Or if there is a huge list of games for Wii, DS, etc, due to FCs, maybe make a separate topic with this info, and give each person his own post in said topic, and link to that info from this topic. Seriously, is everyone cool with this? Because of the fact that nobody is responding to the other topic, if I am to undertake this tomorrow, I want to make sure everyone (Valk) is cool with a dismantling and reassembly, whilst leaving the topic/topic title/topic creator as-is.

as long as the topic title, topic creator, and all the original text above "American Hero" remains unchanged, go for it.

Perhaps have the user's name in the normal font size, but their various usernames and such under that in a smaller font would make it a bit more readable.

Well, I started this endeavour, and so far am up to "C". If anyone besides VIT cares to post/update their online info, please do so in the other thread I made entitled "Update yer online info, plz". I've found that a TON of info is hopelessly out of date, but I'm copy/pasting it regardless. For example, Caciss is still playing StarCraft Brood Wars.

Once the entire thing is updated, I'm gonna delete all the "talky talky" in this thread per Mistafopa's first post.

Okay...did some more work today. Got through myself, actually ("P").

Went back through and fixed all the links in people's info that were completely wrong (copied and pasted from Chuck's link onward and just changed the individual post count, without realizing that each post I made/someone else made while working on this would add to the total post count number).

Also made info easier to find by bolding and italicizing each person's pertinent info. Both the link fixes and the bolding/italicizing were completed through Gustaff.


As a final bit of work for the night, I'm gonna count how many people are left, add maybe 15-20 for good measure, and add that many blank posts to the "Work in Progress" thread so that way, if I let this sit for a week or so like last time, the WIP thread will not be brought to the front page again.
