I bought a DVD-RW drive and it's all installed but I can't play DVDs because I don't have a DVD decoder. The software that came with it only lets me burn CDs which is useless since that's built into XP anyway. So can anyone recommend DVD decoders and DVD burning software that's cheap (or preferrably free)? Thanks.
