anyone else having XBL trouble tonight?

After a few attempts, I was finally able to log in. Testing the connection showed everything worked, but when I try to log online, it would act like it worked but I still had no XBL options (marketplace, downloads, ect).

I was wondering why, then after things were finally working, I checked the Inside Xbox section and saw that tonight is an all nighter date for Halo 3. Course, when the game was first out, I also had online issues because so many people were online for that game.

No I have the wife over so I am not even on tonight. Are you logging on with Halo 3 in or is it Live in general?

I had the exact same problem last night....tested connection...worked fine, but it took forever to load up Marketplace, etc.....don't know about tonight, as I've not been on Live yet tonight.

ya, was over at my friends... problem loading game types, and whenever it seemed like a game would queue, it would instead time out or dump us back to a previous menu, in both CoD4 and Halo 3.

Maybe this is a message to us all that there ARE games for the 360 that are single player and are, as amazing as it may seem, actually FUN!

Don't let Microsoft hear you! How are they going to get people to subscribe to their gold accounts if there's fun games offline?

Seriously, don't they put bots in games anymore, for those times when online play isn't an option?

Yeah, I haven't been able to get on Live since before Christmas. I can't even see what Call of Duty 4 is like online.

Haha I just call her that because it seems like we are married 99% of the time.
I still do not know if that is a good thing or not.
