    Wanderer's From Y's

I've been looking all over the place for this SNES game, does anyone know where I can find a copy? I haven't seen any on eBay or anywhere.

Here I come Pav, like the Kool-Aid man barging into a funeral! Oh yeah!

    ffffffffffffffffffffUDIDNTSEARCHHARDENOUGH

After skimming through, only the Genesis version has the original box and manual (and the Super Famicom version has everything) but the SNES ones are cartridge only.

EDIT: Found you a couple with the manual (ironically, the ones with the manual have no box and the ones with the box have no manuals!).

EDIT 2: Just to put my own 2 cents in this topic, I hated Ys III. The difficulty and balance was ridiculous. You either power leveled or died... it would have been a lot better if they incorporated an actual platform action system instead of TOUCH TO DAMAGE style of combat they used in the top down Ys games.

Agreed on all counts. I couldn't beat the game without cheating; life's too short to be THAT stressed out.

Ive beat the original, I didnt bother with 2 or 3, so Im just looking for the first one.

I searched and found a bunch of sites that claimed to have had it on search but didnt when I went to look on it

I do not think the first one is for SNES.

I mean the first game in the series.
                  Maybe I am wrong though.

                    Re: Wanderer's From Y's

The first game in the series is Ancient Ys Vanished which came to the U.S. on DOS. Ys 2 didn't come out in english because it Falcom wisely waited for the far far FAR superior remake Ys 1 + 2 which came out on the Turbo-grafx. The remake is available on the Japanese Virtual Console and Nintendo announced it'll be available in America before spring next year.

Wanderer's From Ys is the 3rd game in the series and the second game released (not counting Ys 1 + 2). After that is Ark of Napishtim. All the other Ys games were remakes (other than 4 and 5 which weren't released here).
