View Full Version : RPGM2 Video Stuff
I found this old crappy opening I made for RPGM2 I thought I had trashed. I admit, though, it's fun to watch. It's over a year old and taught me how to get the hang of scripting choreography. It was also a bit before I really started working with the VFX editor.
I decided to record it. It's in MPEG format at about 47 Megs. Once I find a place to host it, I'll let you guys take a look.

rpgprogrammer you can upload it here and http://www.yousendit.com You can send the file to your self and show the link here. But be warned after 7 days pass or 25 downloads of this movie. It's gone, unless you upload it again. I hope this helps. :)
It's okay, I'm using an XDrive to host it. It's uploading as we speak. Thanks, anyway.
EDIT: I re-re-recorded it. It's now a limber 3 MB and *.wmv format.
Here's the new link:

Also, could this be moved to the RPG Maker General forum, please?

That was goddamn amazing. If you've improved since then, you need to host all the RPGM movies youve made since then. All of them.

Holy cow!!!!!!
That was the coolest thing I have ever seen! Eeshh...that is talent that I don't have.
I still can't even make a stupid door open right, in RPGM2. :)

Well done!
I still think we should have a cartoon contest whenever contests return.
I'd likely lose if RPG Programmer got any better at all, but it would still be fun.
Keep it up.
Wow. Nice reception. Thanks, peoples.
I'd might as well get back to work on October 11th, then.

Excellent sense of timing.
If you're refering to my uploading this prior to RPGM3's impending release, shaddap, I couldn't help it. Make me a chiliburger.
EDIT: Whoops! I misconcieved, sorry. I'm keeping the comment up there because I still want that chiliburger.

While I won't say it's impressive, it was really funny.:D If that game was finished, I'd definitely download it after seeing that.

That was great. Really one of the first things I've seen that really made me want to go out and get RPGM2. Have you finished any games or demos?

Wow, that is really good. I wish i could come up with something like that, but RPGMaker 2 is honestly too complex for me. Although i think i'll make some kind of game on it...someday.

Wow I never knew that RPGM2 had more power. Gotta try to do something similar. Aghh too hard.

Impressive dude. You might be the most knowledgable RPG Maker 2 user in the United States! How does that make you feel!

That was awesome, though what's with conan? :lol
If I had cut scene making capabilities that equal to that....I don't know what I'd do, but I'd do something I guess...
BTW, your sig looks like something from MM legends, yet I don't recall seeing that scene anywhere, was that just a made up pic or something? *sorry for the topic straying, I'm just a megaman fan...*
Conan because he's Conan and the image I captured from a video of Namco X Capcom for PS2.

In all reality, I think Conan is funny...but that picture scares me :lol
The pic makes me want to buy MM Legends 1 again...
Anyway, how in the world can you call this crappy *first post on this topic*?!
If that was just a small thing of what you can do, then.....you're good ;)
I'm looking forward to a game made by you if you are in fact making one, as that video is a jaw dropper :)

Wow, that was pretty awsome. That must have taken a hell of a long time to make.
Not really. I made it while I was learning the ropes in 2003-2004, so it took me nearly a week. It's easy to do if you can script in your head.
