I'm writing a big old article on Scientology for News Lab, but I have plenty of time. I want to get your thoughts / good research links. Also, if I could interveiw you over IM, that would be great. I have all of my Winter Break for this.

wiki has a very good and in depth article on Scientology, you should start there and then research key ideas for more proof/greater definitions.

The first thing I associate with Scientology is Tom Cruise, the second is Battlefield Earth. Nuf said.

There was this one comic I saw that told the whole thing about Xenu and such. At first I thought it was a joke, then I read the Wikipedia article. I don't see how anyone could seriously believe that. I'm starting to wonder if L. Ron Hubbard just came up with that story as a joke and it stuck, somehow.
