I bought the Rings trilogy on DVD ages ago. I only ever watched the first. Started on part two a couple times. *shrug* I'll get around to watching all of them eventually.

Well, that may be, but don't forget that Frodo was under the influence of the Ring, which is considered to be an unbearable pain and weight constantly on his back. He wasn't just taggin along for the ride, that's for sure.

When I was younger, the Hobbit (zomg bilbo you must confront a freaky creature, save the dwarves from trolls, steal from a dragon then participate in an epic battle) seemed much more exciting and easy to read than Fellowship (HEY FRODO LET ME INTRODUCE YOU TO MY 50 FRIENDS).
course, I never got that far in fellowship because of that.
