I heard some rumors about this, I dunno, If they were really commited to a sequal then why make Ratchet and Clank Future Tools of Destruction?

Anyway I would see Resistance: Fall of man 2 or Resistance: Rise of Man. Whatever makes you happy. Anyway it would probably be a sim game where you pick up dead bodies, Repopulate the world and Repair/Build things.

Because some people like Ratchet that don't like Resistance. They are two separate series.

Whatever makes you happy. Anyway it would probably be a sim game where you pick up dead bodies, Repopulate the world and Repair/Build things.

It'll probably be a first-person shooter... not a completely different game.

Is it really that wrong for a game company to do more than one series at a time?

Resistance is still pretty popular online, so now is a good time to do something else, and they just released a new map pack a few weeks ago.

While there could well be a Resistance RTS at some time in the future, I doubt it would be a direct sequel. More likely the next game will be an FPS.

As for the plot, they did leave a lot open for a sequel. I'm guessing it'll have something to do with Hale fighting the Chimera in the U.S., and maybe offer some insight into why Hale didn't become a Chimera.

I have not had any motivation to play this game. I think I'm maybe 1/4 of the way through, it's not a bad game, there just isn't anything "special" about it that pulls me in.

That and I keep on comparing it to better games that I've played.

It sort of feels like Gears of War, but it's not.
