My brother's girlfriend has a heavy Mexican accent but is understandable. She called Gamestop and asked if they have any Guitar Hero III's. They flat out told her no. My brother called them minutes later to the same guy, and they said yes, and are going to put one on hold for him.

Both of them are more than a little ****** about it. He's going to rat them out, I'll let you guys know if anything comes of it.

I don't know why they would purposely deny the chance of doing business just because the person sounds Mexican.

I'd think making money would matter most, regardless of who you're getting it from.

What if it's like an honest mistake?

Like the guy just came in to work, thought they had none answered the phone said no, hung up and his co worker was like "Oh someone actually returned one unopened today.".
