Re: An Atheist's nightmare
I was just about to link to that.
Really, the first one was ridiculous. There's a big difference between peanut butter and primordial soup. I think some scientists were actually able to create life once.

Re: An Atheist's nightmare
They're generalizing WAYYYYY too much. They simply say "matter," which is way off base. If life could evolve from ANY matter, then you could take a rock and apply heat and energy and it'd make life. What you need is a mix of certain proteins and amino acids and the like.
The whole vid is a pale attempt to twist science in order to prove that science is wrong.Last edited by Patryn; 12-10-2007, 01:14 PM.

Re: An Atheist's nightmare
i will only believe in evolution and the creation of new life when scientists create it in a laboratory. and when they do, i will argue that it only strengthens my point on creationism.
more proof that god exists: peanut butter and banana sandwiches are awesome. is it a coincidence that a combination of these two things (undoubtedly atheists worst nightmares) and the body of our lord and savior jesus christ would result in a sandwich that far surpasses the comprehensions of mortal taste buds? no. god made it so.
ps. peanut butter and banana sandwiches are seriously good.420yolo!!!!!!111

Re: An Atheist's nightmare
I like how they have to specify that as long as nothing is introduced to the peanut butter no life will be spontaneously created, when it's the food industry who creates packaging to specifically prevent life from occurring within its containers. If bread isn't properly sealed, life will be produced. As far as I know, Earth isn't sealed in plastic wrap with an unbroken seal to preserve it.
Edit: I had a peanut butter and banana sandwich once. I had to struggle not to vomit. If it were God's perfect creation, there would be no way for me not to like it unless I was flawed in design (HIS design).Last edited by Smurf Taco; 12-10-2007, 01:30 PM.Do what you wish
