    Which system had the best game lineup?

    I'm sure which console is best has been asked before, but in this case I'm just focusing on the most important aspect of any game system: the games themselves. While you can, of course, use any criteria you wish to vote, I am mostly focusing on games made for that system, not backwards compatibility, virtual console, or any of the other ways a new system plays the games of an old one. In other words, judging the PS2 just on PS2 games, DS on DS games, and so on. Otherwise, there wouldn't be much point in the poll, as with BC the PS3 has a lineup second to none.

          For sheer variety I have to say the PS2.

          But my favorite games are on the PSone.

          If we're talking nostalgia then it's the NES.

            While I don't like to be repetitive, I agree with everyone else so far. The PS2's epic library has more than its share of gems, and the SNES library is filled with the bessst.

              Poll's up now. And SNES is my choice, with the PlayStation a close second.

                i think the SNES gets overinflated for having like....6 amazing games.

                            Well, too bad. There's just too many to list. Suffice to say there's more than six amazing games on the system in the RPG genre alone.
