A recent study shows that 47% of guys 6-12 grade look at Internet porn... I, myself dont look at it. I dont understand why you would want to look at it anyway?

I could be wrong, but I don't think everyone is subject to porn addiction. I could be wrong though. And I personally don't see anything wrong with legal porn of any kind.

i wonder how much of those studied lied to sound cool?

every time i look something up i get hit with porn ads so how accurate is the study? what body did the test, what parameters did they use, how did they conduct the study?

i have a very hard time accepting that grade 6's look at porn. perhaps curiosity has a role here but that is still very disturbing. god, when i was around that age i will still running away from girls because they where icky.

as a side note i was enslaved by a girl at my old apartment. she was mean and nasty yet i couldnt avoid her. when she moved away it felt like i was moses leading my fellow slaves out of her clutches.

edit: as a side note i actually find porn offensive and refuse to look at it for the most part. perhaps its just my solid upbringing, but i see all porn as degrading and indecent. i suppose it can be tasteful to some and does have a proper purpose but it isnt for me.

Well thay asked 8th and 7th graders in the middle schools, And the whole high school in my city. I don't know if it was 57% or 47% I dont remember.

I was looking at porn in grade 6, and I'm sure I'm not the only one.

Well in sixth grade I did. Because all the guys were bragging that they looked at porn. I really didnt think it was all that awesome, Im Lutheran anyway. Alot of guys at my school think if you haven't 1.Kissed a girl 2.Looked at porn or 3.Had sex. Then your not cool, it's very offensive to me that girls would want to have sex that young. Last year we had 2 preganent girls they were both 8th graders.

47% can't be right. Nowadays virtually everyone has the Internet, and certainly far more than 47% of males in that age group look at porn of some variety.

I dunno but the teacher that told us about the study, said that looking at porn portrays you as a loser or a nerd. I never went through the girls are icky stage either. I liked to hang out with girls in 1st grade.

EDIT: Well it was probably 57% then I cant remember. Anyways I know alot of people that dont look at porn, Not to be racist or anything, But I dont know any arab or muslim people that look at porn thats probably 1/4 of my school.

id like to see a study that shows what the effect of upbringing, peer pressure, advertising, social stigma, and other stuff has on how a child will go up. i absolutely dont want my children looking at porn at that young an age, not until they are old enough to understand what it is and where it should be used.

i have an extreme problem with children growing up too early. i dont care who you are, no child should be having sex at 13. im all for knowledge and empowering my future children with the tools they need to make their own decisions, however i firmly believe some subjects are best saved for more mature minds. there is a reason why the law has placed age requirements on certain activities.

C'mon. Almost every kid wonders what older people look like naked. especially boys. You dont know why, but that older girl that baby sits you is hot. Then you find your dads stached porno mags, and it sets you on the path.
