Eh? Shouldn't games from the Atari 2600 era count as well?

But anyway, yeah, there are tons of classics, I wouldn't say there's an outright favorite, given that the classics can cover several genres.

Pac-Man I suppose. Haven't played it in years, and don' reall care about the game anymore, but it was big back in the day.

Pretty much any of the early Mario or Zelda games. Those series are titans.

The most recent classic I'd say is FFT. That's one of my top faovrite games of all time.
