Can somebody tell me how to make the fighting style in RPG maker XP a strategy Rpg. I have an Idea for a game but I need to find out how to make it into a SRPG before I can make it the way I want.

There's also Zenith Tactical Battle System that's somewhere in the scripting boards.There is one thing that pretty much disturbes me in an SRPG....
