looking for cheap dsl

my internet bill is 61 dollars. my mom is lookin for cheap fast interwebz. any suggestions before internet gets shut off?

I have my DSL through AT&T, and I pay just over $20 a month.

I know comcast is only $45 for me (or somewhere near there), it's cable but it's faster than DSL (in most cases depends on where you live), and just as reliable. But I would check out DSLreports.com, specifically this link http://www.dslreports.com/psearch. But yeah AT&T has a pretty decently priced low end DSL.

I have my cable broadband (100mb/s) through earthlink and I only pay about $25 a month.
