    new experiences

Share your new experiences. It doesn't matter how insignificant they are.

I just tried a bubble tea smoothie the other day. Sipping tapioca bubbles up the straw and eating them was...disturbing.

I just had cactus sherbet not too long ago. It sort of tasted like watermelon, but not as sharp. There was some other flavor in there too...like peach, maybe? Anyway I loved it.

My last fight I was unmatched and faced a guy with far more weight/reach/experience than me. Needless to say three rounds later I had a headache.

                  Re: new experiences

                  I started running again.

I'm running 4 miles every other day (2 miles after school, 2 miles in the evening) with a 1.5 mile run on the other days. I tried doing 4 miles a day back to back but its just too tiring right now.

I take a break from it on the weekends since I'm at work and don't want to bother with it.

Its actually pretty fun, seeing as it's a 'new experience' and only takes 15 minutes at most. The weather this time of year is real nice too.

When I first started I ran a mile and a half in 19.33 and didn't even have the stamina to sprint the entire distance which is just laughable.

Quitting smoking alone shaved off 2 minutes in a month or so.

My 2 mile time right now is 15.20, which is about par I guess. My goal right now is to run a mile in about 5 minutes flat.

                          Re: new experiences

I found that people who are driving to a store to buy a big ass tv, really have no idea how they are going to get it home in that small car of theirs. God forbid people with trucks take off their covers, or carry straps.
